Eleanor RSF

Eleanor RSF was premium at her GOV inspection as a foal and is an approved GOV mare. She is an athletic mover with the sweetest disposition. Eleanor is people oriented and loving. She has been started under saddle. She has no flaws and is one of our favorites at the farm. Eleanor is shown here being ridden by Tristen Wigg. Eleanor’s GOV filly from 2021, Ellery RSF by Romanov, was premium at her inspection and her 2023 colt, Fierce RSF, by Fynch Hatton was premium elite at his inspection. Currently, Eleanor is for sale. Extra Fancy

Eleanor’s dam, Extra Fancy, was our first foal over 20 years ago. Fancy’s pedigree combines world class Holsteiner and Hanoverian bloodlines. Her sire, Esbjerg (Espri x Gutenberg), was a 1991 Elite Hanoverian stallion, licensed and approved in Germany. Esbjerg was awarded the USDF/American Hanoverian Society All Breeds “Horse of the Year” award in dressage. In 1998, Esbjerg made his debut in the jumper area winning many training jumper classes (3’3″-3’9″) and also completed his first preliminary jumper(3’9″-4’3″) classes in the ribbons. Fancy competed on the west coast in the jumper circuit before coming back to us as a broodmare in 2016. Sadly, Fancy died from cancer in 2018.

Esbjerg’s sire, Espri, was named “Hanoverian Stallion of the Year” in 1995. Espri was known for his energetic movements, excellent croup, and good disposition. His offspring are considered to be some of Germany’s best sires for dressage and jumping horses.

Extra Fancy’s dam, Just Rio, has a solid Holsteiner background starting with her sire, Cicero, who was the son of the legendary Cor de la Brere. He comes from one of the most respected mare lines in Holstein, Stamm 474A. Cicero was an elegant stallion who embodied the modern Holsteiner stallion who passed on his good looks, neck and shoulder connection, tremendous gaits, elasticity, and very solid mind.

Sagnol

Eleanor’s sire, Sagnol, is a beautiful modern stallion with three super gaits. Sagnol has continues to consistently produce premium offspring having his first son, Sandro’s Star, licensed in 2012. Sagnol’s foals are also proving to be in demand by FEI riders looking for sport horses. Sagnol is siring elegant foals with correct conformation, elastic movement, and very good temperaments. Sagnol’s oldest offspring have now been started under saddle and are proving to be very rideable and willing partners.
