Georgia

Georgia is a 2018 filly by Sagnol. Georgia is very friendly and has excellent conformation with beautiful movement suitable for dressage, eventing or hunter/jumpers. Georgia is very easy to work with and a joy to be around.  She leads, enjoys washes, and stands for farrier trims.  She is up to date on all shots and worming. Georgia is negative for WFFS and has no health issues. Ellen Doughty-Hume is the proud owner of this gorgeous mare.

Garland of Roses

Her dam, Rose, is a 2002 Hanoverian mare by Gold Luck out of Grafin’s Joy by Graf Goetz. Rose is a beautiful and kind mare, easy to be around and gets along with other mares in turnout; everybody’s friend. Rose has been sold and is enjoying her new home in Lubbock.

Rose’s sire, Gold Luck, is by the legendary Grand Prix Dressage Stallion Grundstein, who was imported to the US in 1985 after siring 13 fully approved breeding stallions in Germany. He has been the leading sire in the FN rankings among stallions in the top 10% of their age group in both jumping and dressage since 1988. In 1995 Grundstein’s dressage index was 178 and his jumping index was 142. Gold Luck’s dam, Annette by Abundance, scored 8.2 at her mare inspection. In 1995 his full sister Graphitti was the high score Hanoverian Mare at her inspection.

Sagnol

Georgia’s sire, Sagnol, is a beautiful modern stallion with three super gaits. Sagnol has continues to consistently produce premium offspring having his first son, Sandro’s Star, licensed in 2012. Sagnol’s foals are also proving to be in demand by FEI riders looking for sport horses. Sagnol is siring elegant foals with correct conformation, elastic movement, and very good temperaments. Sagnol’s oldest offspring have now been started under saddle and are proving to be very rideable and willing partners.
